Michael “Bingˮ Bingaman

Lead coach
Coach Philosophy
Bing believes in supporting the whole personas a human first, then layering in training and ultimately performance atop that.

Bing loves to teach and empower, and his goal is to step alongside you to look at your life in the big picture, map a trajectory that balances your stressors and priorities, and ultimately work to land you where you want to be in your health, your fitness, and your life. In working with Bing youʼll find a healthy balance between discipline + joy, expertise +curiosity, and guidance + inquisition.

Background & Experience
  • BS in Finance, MS in Sport Physiology
  • 16 years coaching across a multitude of sports (baseball, skiing, cycling, weightlifting,CrossFit, and more), a range of ages (13-80 years old), and at every level (beginners to World Champions), including 6 years at U.S. Ski & Snowboard.
  • 6 years leading teams in the corporate world, plus 4 years as an executive coach.
  • Multi-sport athlete growing up (basketball, baseball, track, football)
  • 8 years competing as a CrossFit athlete turned Olympic weightlifter
  • 8 years competing as an ultra-endurance MTB/gravel racer (current).

Brooke Harrison

Brooke's coaching philosophy centers on the fundamental belief that every individual possesses boundless potential. While she acknowledges the presence of external stressors, she firmly believes individuals possess the inner agency to transcend self-imposed limitations. Her holistic approach considers how training intersects with one’s overall well-being, fostering a deeper connection between their physical pursuits and their full potential.

Viewing health prioritization as an act of self-love, her coaching equips clients to show up and succeed in the moments that matter most. Through a deeply trusting coach-client relationship, she aims to provide unwavering support, active listening, and a safe space for authentic self-expression, guiding clients through both successes and setbacks to foster growth as athletes and individuals.

Background & Experience
  • BS from the University of Michigan with a concentration in Sports Management
  • NASM-CPT; ISSA Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor
  • Institute of Integrative Nutrition Certified Holistic Health Coach w/ additional emphasisin hormone health.
  • 2 years competing at the Division I level in Cross Country & Rowing.

Cole Charlton

SAN FRANCISCO COACH
Cole believes that the human body was built to move and that we each have a responsibility to ourselves to see what it is capable of before it is too late. Cole loves helping humans get the most out of their training and out of life. He believes that it is an absolute privilege to train hard and go after it. Taking care of your body is a privilege. Movement is a gift. Strength is an investment. Cole doesn’t just coach people to lift heavier or move faster, he helps them build bodies and practices that will serve them for life. Master the fundamentals; then keep going.

Emily's fitness philosophy focuses on movement mastery and a sustainable, holistic approach to building capacity. She believes in optimizing effort, and increasing efficiency through evidence based strategies, ensuring hard work translates to lasting improvements that matter. Emily builds meaningful connections with her athletes to truly understand their unique needs, and help them develop sustainable habits that fit their lives.

Holly Hansing

ETERNAL COACH
Holly has always been enamored with the human body: its endless capabilities and resilience and its complex and confusing nature. Her obsession and curiosity for all things human movement paired with her genuine desire to be a servant leader made her realize that coaching was her purpose in life. Gaining trust and embarking on someone’s journey with them is the most sacred gift she could receive, and the bedrock for a life-long, life-changing partnership.

Rooted in her love of teaching and guided by the innate desire to empower those around her, she values the principles of movement efficiency, skill proficiency and body mastery. Holly strives to help lay the foundation in which a life of true freedom and vitality can stand on.

  • Philadelphia Phillies Minor League strength and conditioning coach - player development and rehabilitation.
  • Performance coach for softball, baseball, track and field, golf, tennis, volleyball, basketball, and football.
  • Private sector performance coach serving humans who have ranged from 9 years old to 75.
  • Previous collegiate softball player, competitive dancer and hunter jumper.
  • Self proclaimed sprinter who is crazed with anything and everything related to running and the gait cycle. Current hobbies outside of sport include rock climbing, archery, paddle boarding, and taking care of the cows.

AJ Cacioppo

NYC COACH
Alexandra’s (AJ’s) approach is comprehensive- rooted in balance, education and empowerment. She transforms weaknesses into strengths, with your mind, body, and joy as the nucleus and North Star of your journey. Understanding the full picture, she considers not only aches and pains but also the weight of your responsibilities and the state of your mental and emotional well-being. Life’s natural ebb and flow, along with personal bandwidth for absorption and output, is the humanness we all experience yet often overlook. By integrating evidence-based well-being solutions with advanced methodologies, AJ enhances athletic performance, builds injury resilience, and strengthens mental fortitude - leading to higher performance and longevity.

  • Recruited by Federal Agencies while coaching Federal alphabet teams (100% passing rate for Federal Physical Fitness Test)
  • State, National and World records in Powerlifting and earned her Pro-card in Powerlifting in 2018
  • Has coached school sports from softball to Varsity Football as well as CrossFit and professional fighters - 20+ GORUCKs, 15+ Spartan Race - Beast World Championship in 2013

Matt Howley

NYC ETERNAL COACH
Matt always wants to get to know his athletes on a personal level first and build a relationship to best understand the needs and wants of each individual athlete. Matt looks at the process as the most important part of the journey rather than focusing on the performance outcome and result as the be all end all. Everyone has good and bad days when performance testing or on race day but sticking to the process will ultimately help the individual in the long run achieve desired results over a sustained period of time. Matt at his core is a teacher and educator who will help you trust the process to achieve results while ultimately having fun along the way.

  • Bachelors of Exercise and Sport Science - Majoring in Coaching with Masters of Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning)
  • 14 years experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Sports Scientist and Performance Manager at the pro and collegiate levels working with a variety of sports including American Football, Australian Football, Soccer, Rowing, Golf, Tennis and Runners
